Shipping
HERCULES DE EDICIONES SL ships in PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, CANARY ISLANDS and REST OF THE WORLD charging an amount of Euros for shipping costs. The shipping and/or handling costs are calculated automatically in real time and will be shown to the customer before finalising the purchase. This calculation is made based on the following variables:
- Place of destination: The destination of the shipment influences the price according to the rates set by the logistics operators we work with.
- Shipping weight
- Exceptions: For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, both Spain and Portugal, shipping will be free for orders over 24 euros. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Customs Union do not include import costs (customs duties), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the goods.
Returns
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to HERCULES DE EDICIONES SL, to the address CL CORDELERIA 32, 15003, A CORUÑA, without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal of the contract is formalized. The period shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product. In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
